On Wednesday January 27, Danielle Bruggeman participated in an online conversation within the context of the 4th edition of the Fashion Make Sense Award, which is an annual returning motivation prize for young designers. This award aims to develop talent and support sustainable designers on the one hand and raise awareness of sustainability related issues with a larger audience on the other. During the FASHIONCLASH Festival - the digital edition - this conversation was presented on Friday February 26.
The conversation members: Chanel Trapman (MUMSTER), Branko Popovic (FASHIONCLASH), Daniëlle Bruggeman (Professor of Fashion, ArtEZ University of the Arts), Noukhey Forster (OSCAM), Roosmarie Ruigrok (Clean&Unique, Reflow Project, Green Deal Circulaire Denim) and award-winning designer Tom van der Borght. This event centers around the topic of sustainability in fashion, not only with a focus on environmental aspects, but also on wellbeing, emotions, inclusion and identity.
